Aditi Sahay – International relations with India and project management
Aditi has a background in communications with a focus on climate and energy issues as well as public health. She has previously collaborated with a number of NGO’s in South Asia and was involved in the development and implementation of large-scale campaigns on public health and climate change .
Prior to this, she was the communications lead for the Initiative on Climate, Energy and Environment (formerly the Climate Initiative) at the Centre for Policy Research based in New Delhi, for whom she coordinated a side event for the COP21. She has also worked extensively with the BBC Media Action on climate and energy related projects. She was part of the team for “Climate Asia” -a project that examined public understanding of food, water, energy and climate change across 7 Asian countries, and Earth Headlines– a capacity building project for media professionals where she coordinated with over 60 project partners.
A native English speaker, she hopes to build awareness and promote action with with her skills in communication (which include editorial, event management and managing social networks among others.)
Aditi joined Art of Change 21 at the end of 2016 to develop international partnerships and coordinating the actions of the association in India.
She holds a Masters in Sustainable Development from Sciences Po Paris ( Master in Development Practice ), an honours degree in sociology from the University of Delhi, as well as a diploma in journalism.
Born and raised in India, Aditi loves to discover new destinations. Currently based in Paris, she now devotes part of her time to learning French. An avid reader and traveler, she is also fine chef and has a blog, in which she shares ideas of original recipes.
