Art & Environment Festival

May 26 – June 6, 2026

Organised by Art of Change 21, the Art & Environment Festival 2026 is a new event dedicated to art and the ecological transition.

The Festival champions the role of artists at the heart of the major transformations of our time, whilst accelerating the ecological transition of the arts and culture sector and fostering dialogue between the fields of art and the environment.

Held in flagship Parisian venues including the Palais de Tokyo, Lafayette Anticipations and other art galleries, as well as in spaces emblematic of the circular economy in Greater Paris, the Festival offers a unique programme punctuated by inspiring highlights, from Paris Gallery Weekend (29-31 May 2026) to the Nuit Blanche event (6 June 2026).

The Festival builds bridges between art and the environment, promoting the sharing of expertise and practical tools, and encouraging the adoption of more sustainable practices across the art sector.

By promoting artists as key players in this transformation, the Festival mobilises the entire art ecosystem to foster the emergence of new practices and collective dynamics.

Its aim is to stimulate the imagination – as the ecological transition cannot take place without a profound cultural transformation.

Art & Environment Festival Programme – 26 May to 6 June 2026:

  • Art & Environment Forum – 26 May, Lafayette Anticipations: find inspiration and discuss the most inspiring practices in the cultural sector, both in France and internationally;
